Joe Raines joined Varsity Brands as the Chief Supply Chain Officer in 2023 and oversees operational and executional excellence.  

Prior to joining Varsity Brands, Joe worked in executive supply chain roles at Vans, VF, and Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing, bringing nearly 20 years of experience as a supply chain leader to Varsity Brands. He has a track record of designing and implementing practical solutions to improve company performance. With extensive experience in various business models and product verticals, Raines has mastered the functional depth of the supply chain. He has held executive roles at Williamson-Dickie Manufacturing, VF Workwear, Vans, and CLARK Material Handling Company. At Varsity Brands, Raines leads the development and implementation of a transformative supply chain strategy, optimizing value realization in footprint, COGS efficiency, customer fulfillment, and capacity planning. He also focuses on building a strong talent bench and a high-performing, cohesive team.
