Jim Baldwin

Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary

Jim Baldwin joined Varsity Brands as Chief Legal & Compliance Officer and Corporate Secretary in February 2025. Baldwin brings over two decades of legal and compliance leadership, having served as Chief Legal Officer, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at Keurig Dr Pepper (KDP) for more than 24 years. He played a pivotal role in guiding the company’s legal strategy for major acquisitions, including Snapple, Hawaiian Punch, Bai, and Core Water.

Baldwin also led KDP’s compliance, enterprise risk and security functions while overseeing responses to cyber threats, media crises, product recalls, and security risks. His leadership will further strengthen Varsity Brands’ corporate governance functions.

A Dallas native, Baldwin earned his Juris Doctor from Southern Methodist University’s Dedman School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University.
