Bill Seely

President of Varsity Spirit

Bill Seely has served as President of Varsity Spirit since 2017, when he succeeded Founder and former Chairman Jeff Webb. 

As the executive leader for Varsity Spirit, he provides strategic leadership for... began his career with Varsity Spirit as a UCA Instructor in 1989 before becoming a full-time instructor in 1991. He was a cheerleader at George Mason University, where he graduated with a degree in Sports Management. Bill was on the founding board for the U.S. All Star Federation (USASF), helped to create USA Cheer, the U.S. National Teams and STUNT the Sport. As President of Varsity Spirit, Bill leads the team in delivering world-class experiences for young people everywhere.
